Amateurs Strategy for Double-Hand Poker
Pai Gow Poker is a modern game with ancient origins. Built on the old Chinese domino game and the modern American variation of poker, Pai Gow poker joins the east with the western in a great game for starting players.
Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the gambler versus the house, not like the majority of other poker games that gamblers bet against other gamblers. By gambling against the dealer, new players don’t need to be concerned about any other, more experienced gamblers taking their mulla.
Another Pai Gow edge is the fairly leisurely game play, novices can take their time and strategize without having to make frenzied selections.
It’s also easier to enjoy for a long time with just a little bit of cash since, to not win, each of your hands must be under both of the dealer’s hands.
Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the familiar 52-card basic deck and one joker. The gambler is assigned 7 cards face up and the casino is dealt seven cards faces hidden.
One 5 card hand and one two card hand need to be put together from the seven cards, the 5 card hand must be better than the 2 card hand. To win, a player needs both of his hand totals to be higher than the dealer’s.
